My passion for counseling is rooted in lived experience, including the challenges of single motherhood. Those experiences inform the empathy, authenticity, and commitment I bring to this work.

My approach is integrative and humanistic. That means I see you as a whole person and work with you to understand what matters to you, rather than expecting one approach to fit everyone.

I bring over a decade of substance use counseling experience, along with individual and group counseling experience and current work supporting pregnant and postpartum clients. I incorporate person-centered care, motivational interviewing, and CBT-informed strategies, with training in Brainspotting Phases 1 and 2 and Internal Family Systems-informed work.

I am a Christian counselor and can incorporate spirituality when it aligns with your preferences and values. Your beliefs guide that choice, and you are welcome here whether you prefer a spiritual or secular approach.
